KeyVaulted
KeyVaulted is a web + mobile app for securely organizing and transferring access to digital assets when someone leaves a company or passes away. It stores an inventory of accounts (domains, cloud consoles, crypto wallets, ad accounts, email, socials, SaaS billing) and manages who can access what, when, and under which conditions. Instead of pretending it can “hold” every asset, it focuses on verifiable access pathways: encrypted credential escrow, recovery codes, hardware key locations, and step-by-step runbooks. It supports timed releases, multi-approver unlocks, and audit trails so teams can prove who accessed what and why. The product is intentionally boring: it’s about reducing catastrophic lockouts, not chasing hype. It integrates with password managers and identity providers rather than competing head-on, and it’s built for small businesses that don’t have dedicated security staff but still face real operational risk.
