KeyVaultly is a web app + lightweight desktop agent that finds, tracks, and helps you cancel wasted software spend across SaaS subscriptions and license keys. It scans your email receipts and invoices, optionally connects to Stripe/PayPal, and watches installed desktop apps to detect “paid but unused” tools. It then builds a single dashboard showing renewal dates, true usage signals, and cancellation difficulty. For digital goods (plugins, templates, courses), it stores license keys, download links, and proof-of-purchase in one vault so you don’t lose access. The AI layer categorizes merchants, predicts renewal risk, and drafts cancellation emails or support tickets with the right account details. This is not a budgeting app; it’s a focused “software spend janitor” that saves money quickly, with privacy controls and a local-first option for sensitive data.
