KGDiff
KGDiff is a web app that versions and diffs knowledge graphs the way Git does for code, but with graph-aware semantics. It connects to Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or RDF triple stores and continuously snapshots schema and data changes. It then produces human-readable change reports (added/removed nodes, relationship rewires, property type shifts), impact analysis (which dashboards, APIs, or ETL jobs will likely break), and safe rollback bundles. The MVP focuses on “what changed” and “what will it break” rather than yet another graph editor. It also supports lightweight approvals: teams can require sign-off for schema migrations, with an audit trail for compliance. This is not a magical auto-ontology tool; it’s a practical guardrail for teams already running graphs in production and tired of silent breakages and tribal knowledge.
