KillFloorOps is a web + mobile app for small-to-mid slaughterhouses and meat processors to track yields, downtime, and compliance in real time. Operators scan carcass/lot IDs at key stations (kill, chill, cut, pack) and log weights, trims, condemnations, and rework. Supervisors see live dashboards for yield variance, line speed, and downtime reasons, plus automated daily kill sheets and cut reports. The AI component flags anomalies (e.g., sudden yield drops, unusual condemnation rates) and suggests likely causes based on historical patterns (equipment, crew, supplier lots, shift). It also generates audit-ready traceability and HACCP/SSOP checklists with time-stamped sign-offs. This is not a “ERP replacement”; it’s a focused layer that reduces paper, improves margin visibility, and makes audits less painful. Hardware needs are minimal: phones/tablets and cheap Bluetooth scales where available.
