KinBoard is a mobile + web app that acts like a shared household “operating system” for multigenerational families. It combines a simple family calendar, task/chores, medication and appointment reminders for elders, and a lightweight expense splitter for shared bills. The core value is reducing daily friction: who’s driving grandma to the clinic, who’s cooking, what groceries are needed, and which bills are due. It includes an AI layer that turns messy family chat into structured actions (e.g., “I can pick up Dad at 3” becomes an assignment on the calendar) and generates weekly household plans based on availability and preferences. The app is intentionally not a social network—just coordination, accountability, and clarity. It supports “roles” (caregiver, elder, teen, admin) with simplified views for older adults and optional SMS reminders for non-smartphone users.
