KinCalendar

KinCalendar is a mobile + web app that helps blended families coordinate the messy reality of two homes: custody schedules, school events, pickups, holidays, and last-minute swaps. It combines a shared calendar with rules-based “who’s responsible” assignments, so everyone knows where kids are supposed to be and who’s driving. It also includes a lightweight messaging layer that keeps conversations tied to events (no more digging through texts) and an “agreements” log for recurring arrangements like allowances, screen-time rules, and bedtime routines. This is not therapy-in-an-app; it’s practical coordination that reduces conflict triggers. The MVP focuses on clarity, auditability, and reducing misunderstandings—because blended-family stress often comes from logistics, not lack of love.
