It combines a lightweight task board with a “proof of care” log: meds given, meals delivered, rides completed, bills paid—captured in seconds with timestamps, photos, and notes. The app focuses on coordination across siblings and helpers, not medical charting. A built-in AI assistant summarizes the last 7 days into a clear update for group chats, doctors, or the primary caregiver, and flags gaps like missed check-ins or overdue refills based on the plan you set. Permissions are simple (view, do, manage), so a neighbor can help without seeing finances. It’s realistic about chaos: quick-add tasks, recurring routines, and an “I can’t do this” button that reassigns work without drama.
