KindQuit

KindQuit is a mobile AI + traditional self-care app for people who keep breaking promises to themselves. Instead of generic habit streaks, it focuses on “self-sabotage moments” (doomscrolling, stress eating, staying up late, skipping meds, overcommitting). You set 3–5 personal triggers and the app builds tiny, low-friction “exit ramps” (30–120 seconds) you can actually do when you’re spiraling. It uses on-device check-ins and optional lock-screen prompts to catch you at the point of failure, then offers a single next step (breathe, text a friend, stand up, drink water, 2-minute tidy, leave the room). It tracks patterns without shame: which triggers, what time, what worked, and what didn’t. Weekly, it generates a blunt but compassionate review and adjusts your exit ramps to be easier, not harder.
