KindReframe
KindReframe is a mobile AI + traditional app that helps users catch their inner critic in the moment and rewrite it into something accurate, fair, and motivating. Instead of vague affirmations, it uses short guided prompts to extract the trigger, the critic’s claim, and the actual evidence for/against it. The AI then proposes 2–3 alternative statements in different tones (gentle, direct, humorous) and asks the user to pick one and commit to a tiny action (e.g., send the email, take a 5-minute walk, ask for help). Over time it builds a “Critic Pattern Map” showing recurring themes (perfectionism, rejection sensitivity, body image, impostor feelings) and the reframes that work best. It’s not therapy and it won’t pretend to be; it’s a practical self-coaching tool designed for daily use, with privacy-first defaults and optional export for a therapist or coach.
