KinshipKit is a mobile + web app that helps adoptive, foster, and kinship caregivers stay on top of the messy, high-stakes admin that comes with placements. It centralizes key dates (court, visits, school meetings, medical appointments), stores documents (placement letters, immunizations, IEPs, insurance info), and generates simple checklists for common scenarios like a new placement, school enrollment, or switching therapists. The app includes a “proof-ready” activity log for behaviors, incidents, and communications—exportable as a clean PDF for court or case meetings. It’s not trying to replace agencies; it’s a caregiver-side organizer that reduces missed deadlines and lost paperwork. Optional AI features summarize long notes into a weekly update and draft neutral, professional emails to case teams while keeping the caregiver in control.
