KneeCue
KneeCue is a mobile AI + traditional app for runners and cyclists that focuses on early injury risk detection and load management, not just tracking miles. It connects to Garmin/Apple Health/Strava to pull training volume, intensity, and sleep, then asks a 30-second daily check-in (pain location, stiffness, perceived effort). Using simple, transparent risk rules plus an AI layer for pattern detection, it flags when you’re trending toward common overuse issues (IT band, patellar tendon, Achilles, plantar fascia) and suggests concrete adjustments: reduce intensity, swap a workout type, add a short mobility routine, or take a rest day. It also provides “return-to-training” ramps after time off. This is not a medical device; it’s a practical coach-like guardrail that helps people avoid losing weeks to preventable flare-ups.
