KneeReady

KneeReady is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps people who want to lift and stay active but keep getting derailed by knee pain. It starts with a short self-assessment (pain triggers, range-of-motion, equipment, sport, history) and then builds a progressive plan focused on quad/hamstring/glute strength, tendon loading, and mobility—without pretending to diagnose injuries. The app adapts weekly based on simple check-ins: pain during/after training, swelling, and confidence scores. It also includes “swap rules” that automatically replace knee-aggravating movements (e.g., deep knee flexion) with safer alternatives and provides clear stop/seek-care flags. This is not a miracle cure; it’s a practical training companion that reduces guesswork and helps users stay consistent. Monetization: subscription plus optional one-time “return-to-running” or “return-to-skiing” programs.
