KnowBridge

KnowBridge is a web app (with optional desktop recorder) that captures knowledge transfer from real work, not meetings. It records short screen-and-audio “micro-walkthroughs” while an expert completes a task, then auto-generates a structured playbook: steps, prerequisites, decision points, common pitfalls, and links to relevant docs. New hires can replay steps, search across transcripts, and run a built-in checklist during their first attempts. Managers get a coverage dashboard showing which critical processes have owners, up-to-date walkthroughs, and verified trainees. It integrates with Google Drive/Confluence/Notion and Slack/Teams for sharing and reminders. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts the playbook and quiz questions, but humans approve and version changes. It’s designed for ops, IT, finance, and customer support teams where tribal knowledge causes costly delays.
