KnowFlow
KnowFlow captures expertise as people work, then turns it into lightweight, versioned playbooks. It plugs into Slack/Teams and Chrome: when someone answers a question, resolves a ticket, or shares a workaround, KnowFlow prompts a 20-second “save this as a step” action. Content is stored as structured procedures (steps, prerequisites, screenshots, links, owners, review dates) rather than long wiki pages. An AI layer suggests titles, tags, and missing steps, and can generate a first-draft SOP from a chat thread or ticket, but everything is review-gated. Search is optimized for “how do I…” queries and returns the best current procedure with confidence, owner, and last-verified date. The product is intentionally narrow: operational know-how for internal teams, not a generic knowledge base. Expect pushback unless it’s dead-simple and integrates cleanly into existing workflows.
