KnowLedger

KnowLedger captures the knowledge that usually dies in Slack threads, Zoom calls, and ticket comments. It connects to your existing tools, detects when a question was answered, and prompts the answerer (or channel owner) to confirm a short “final answer” card with source links. Those cards become a lightweight, searchable knowledge ledger with ownership, freshness dates, and a simple “still true?” review workflow. The product is intentionally not a full wiki: it focuses on high-signal Q&A, decisions, and runbooks that teams repeatedly ask for. It includes analytics showing top repeated questions, knowledge gaps, and which teams are overloaded as human search engines. Realistically, the hardest part is behavior change; the app reduces friction by making capture a 15-second action and by auto-suggesting titles/tags from the conversation context.
