KnowLedger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that turns scattered enterprise knowledge into a verifiable, time-stamped “decision trail.” Instead of trying to replace your wiki, it sits on top of existing tools (Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, Notion, Jira) and captures: what was decided, the supporting sources, who approved it, and what changed later. It auto-generates short decision records from meeting notes, tickets, and docs, then links them to the underlying evidence. The core value is auditability and retrieval: when someone asks “Why did we do this?” you can answer in minutes with citations, not tribal memory. This is an AI-assisted app combined with traditional workflows: AI drafts summaries and links, humans approve and sign off. Realistically, adoption hinges on minimal friction and strong integrations, not fancy AI.
