KPIProof

KPIProof is a web app (with optional desktop connector) that turns KPI dashboards into auditable, reproducible metrics. Instead of just showing charts, it stores the full lineage for each KPI: definition, owner, SQL/query, source tables, refresh schedule, and the exact raw rows behind any number. Users can click a KPI value and instantly see “why it is this number,” including filters applied, joins used, and a diff versus last week’s logic. It includes automated anomaly flags, but the core value is trust: reducing endless Slack debates and executive “I don’t believe this dashboard” moments. It plugs into common warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift) and BI tools via read-only access, then generates a lightweight “KPI contract” layer. This is not another BI tool; it’s a verification and governance layer for KPIs that already exist.
