KPIReceipt is a web app that turns recurring spreadsheet chaos into consistent, descriptive analytics “receipts” delivered on a schedule. Connect Google Sheets, Excel files, or CSV exports from common tools (Shopify, Stripe, HubSpot) and define a small set of KPIs with clear calculation rules. The app automatically validates inputs (missing columns, broken dates, duplicates), generates a clean daily/weekly summary, and produces a one-page report with trends, segment breakdowns, and simple variance vs. last period. It’s not trying to predict the future; it focuses on trustworthy “what happened” reporting that non-analysts can understand. Teams can comment on a receipt, attach context (campaigns, outages), and keep an audit trail of metric definitions so numbers don’t change silently. Export to PDF/Slack/email for lightweight distribution without standing up a full BI stack.
