KPIReconcile

KPIReconcile is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that helps teams reconcile conflicting metrics across dashboards, spreadsheets, and data warehouses. Instead of building yet another BI layer, it focuses on the messy last-mile problem: when Sales, Finance, and Product all report different “revenue,” “active users,” or “churn.” Users define a KPI, attach source queries (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift), document assumptions, and run automated comparisons against other definitions. The app highlights deltas, shows where filters differ, and produces a signed-off “approved definition” with an audit trail. It also schedules checks so when upstream tables or logic change, stakeholders get alerted before exec meetings. This is an AI + traditional app: AI assists in summarizing SQL differences, generating plain-English explanations, and drafting metric documentation, but the core value is deterministic reconciliation and governance.
