KPITrust
KPITrust is a web app (with optional mobile-friendly public views) that turns government performance dashboards into audit-ready, source-linked, and explainable metrics pages. Most civic dashboards fail because numbers feel cherry-picked, definitions change, and data lineage is unclear. KPITrust ingests data from common government systems (CSV/Socrata/CKAN/SQL), enforces metric definitions (owner, formula, refresh cadence, caveats), and publishes a public dashboard where every chart has a “show your work” panel: source dataset, transformation steps, last refresh, and confidence flags. It also includes an internal workflow for approvals so agencies can ship updates without spreadsheet chaos. This is a traditional app with AI-assisted features: an AI “metric narrator” drafts plain-language explanations and highlights anomalies, but humans approve before publishing. The goal is not prettier charts—it’s credibility and repeatability under public scrutiny.
