KYCChaser is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps commercial banks and lenders keep onboarding and periodic KYC/AML refreshes from derailing loan closings. It centralizes document requests, ownership/UBO capture, and exception tracking into one workflow that’s actually built for business borrowers with messy entity structures. The AI layer reads uploaded documents (operating agreements, org charts, IDs, bank statements), extracts key fields, flags inconsistencies, and pre-fills forms—while keeping a human-in-the-loop review trail. Relationship managers get a clean dashboard showing what’s missing, who’s blocking, and what’s aging out, plus borrower-friendly upload links and reminders. This is not a core banking replacement; it’s a thin workflow layer that plugs into existing systems via APIs and exports a complete KYC package for compliance review and audit.
