KYCChaser is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for relationship managers and onboarding teams at banks, fintechs, and brokerages to prevent revenue loss from stalled KYC/AML onboarding. It centralizes every outstanding document request, auto-generates client-ready emails, and tracks progress by entity, beneficial owner, and jurisdiction. The AI layer reads incoming PDFs and emails, extracts key fields (IDs, proof of address dates, company registry numbers), flags mismatches, and suggests the next best request based on your policy checklist. A lightweight client portal lets customers upload documents securely, see what’s missing, and avoid endless back-and-forth. Reporting highlights bottlenecks by team member, client segment, and document type so managers can fix process issues instead of blaming “compliance.” This isn’t a compliance engine; it’s a workflow accelerator that sits on top of existing systems.
