KYCProofKit is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that automatically assembles “evidence packs” for sanctions and AML decisions. Compliance teams waste hours pulling screenshots, vendor results, case notes, approvals, and policy references every time auditors, regulators, or correspondent banks ask “show me why you cleared this.” The app connects to your case management tools, screening vendors, email, and shared drives, then generates a standardized, time-stamped PDF/ZIP package with a clear narrative, decision rationale, and immutable logs. It flags missing artifacts (e.g., no second-line approval, outdated watchlist version, incomplete adverse media notes) before you ship anything. It’s an AI-assisted app: AI drafts the narrative and maps artifacts to your internal controls, but users must approve everything. This is not a screening engine; it’s the unglamorous documentation layer that most teams still do manually.
