KycRelay

KycRelay is a mobile + web app that lets users complete identity verification once and then securely reuse it across participating digital banks and fintech apps. Instead of re-uploading IDs, selfies, proof of address, and answering the same questions repeatedly, users store a verified “KYC packet” in an encrypted vault and share it via time-limited consent links. Banks receive standardized data plus an audit trail: when it was verified, by whom, and what checks were run (document authenticity, liveness, sanctions/PEP screening). The product is realistic because it doesn’t try to replace banks’ compliance— it helps them ingest cleaner, structured KYC faster and reduces drop-off at onboarding. Revenue comes from B2B usage fees per verification packet shared, plus optional consumer premium for monitoring and re-verification reminders. The hard part is partnerships and trust, not the code.
