Then it generates a short list of realistic recipes that minimize extra purchases, with a “use-first” mode to reduce food waste. It also outputs a one-store shopping list when you’re missing key items, and can adapt for allergies and basic diet preferences. The brutal truth: generic recipe apps are saturated and most people won’t switch. LabelBite only has a chance if it is faster than manual pantry tracking, nails scanning accuracy, and saves users money/time within the first week. Monetization is a freemium subscription with limited scans and recipe generations on free tier.
