LabelLedger

LabelLedger is a web + mobile app for small and mid-sized food brands to assemble traceability evidence for specific on-pack claims (e.g., “single-origin,” “non-GMO,” “regenerative,” “no antibiotics”). Instead of trying to be a full supply-chain platform, it focuses on the painful last mile: turning scattered supplier docs, COAs, invoices, farm certificates, and internal lot records into a defensible “claim dossier” tied to each finished-goods lot. Users upload documents, scan lot codes, and map ingredient lots to production runs. The system flags missing links, expired certificates, and mismatched quantities, then generates a shareable, time-stamped report for retailers, auditors, and customers. It supports lightweight supplier portals so vendors can submit updated certificates without email chaos. This is a practical compliance and trust tool, not a blockchain science project.
