LabelLens

LabelLens is a mobile + web AI app that helps patients and caregivers make sense of medication side effects without pretending to replace a clinician. Users scan a prescription label or enter a drug name, then log symptoms with timing, severity, and context (dose changes, alcohol, new supplements). The app flags “red-flag” patterns (e.g., rash + swelling, black stools, suicidal ideation) and generates a concise, shareable summary for a pharmacist or doctor: what started when, what changed, and what’s getting worse. It also provides plain-language explanations of common vs. uncommon effects and what questions to ask at the next visit. The value is organization and triage guidance, not diagnosis. It’s realistic: it won’t catch everything, but it can reduce confusion, missed warning signs, and messy recall during appointments.
