LabelLens is a mobile AI app that scans packaged-food nutrition labels and ingredient lists, then tells you—plainly—whether the product fits your personal rules (e.g., low FODMAP, kidney-friendly sodium/potassium limits, diabetes carb targets, migraine triggers, halal/kosher, allergies). Instead of generic “healthy/unhealthy” scores, it flags specific conflicts (“contains inulin: high FODMAP,” “sodium per serving exceeds your limit,” “hidden milk derivatives”). It also normalizes serving sizes and calculates “per 100g” comparisons so users can compare brands quickly. The app stores your profile, lets you create multiple profiles for family members, and keeps a simple history of what you scanned so you can re-buy confidently. Realistically, it won’t replace a dietitian; it’s a fast, in-the-aisle decision tool that reduces mistakes and label fatigue.
