LabelLock is a web app (with optional Shopify app + mobile companion) that audits orders before fulfillment to prevent the most expensive, common dropshipping mistakes: bad addresses, mismatched SKUs/variants, duplicate orders, and risky shipping methods. It connects to Shopify/WooCommerce and popular 3PLs/agents, then runs pre-ship checks: address validation, phone/email sanity checks, PO box restrictions, country-specific carrier rules, and product/variant mapping verification. When something looks wrong, it blocks label creation, routes the order to a review queue, and suggests the fix (e.g., corrected address format, best carrier option, or variant remap). It also tracks “return-to-sender” and delivery exceptions to identify suppliers, products, and lanes that are causing repeated losses. This is not glamorous, but it targets leakage that quietly kills margins.
