LabelMacros

LabelMacros is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) for people who already know their macro targets but hate the logging grind. You scan a nutrition label or barcode, and the app auto-fills serving sizes, macros, and common portion conversions (e.g., “half package,” “2 tortillas,” “1 cooked cup”). It focuses on accuracy and speed over huge food databases: users can save “trusted foods” and lock verified entries so numbers don’t drift. A simple daily planner shows what you can still eat to hit protein/carbs/fat, and it suggests swaps from your own pantry list (not generic recipes). It also supports “macro templates” for training/rest days and a weekly compliance report you can export to a coach. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used only to read labels and normalize serving units, not to invent nutrition data.
