LaceLedger

LaceLedger is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) that helps athletes and parents track the real wear-and-tear of shoes and performance apparel across multiple sports. Instead of guessing when to replace running shoes, soccer cleats, insoles, compression gear, or braces, users log sessions automatically via Strava/Apple Health imports and quick manual entries. The app estimates remaining life using simple rules (miles, surface type, athlete weight, usage intensity) and flags injury-risk patterns like sudden mileage spikes paired with “dead” cushioning. It also stores size/fit notes per brand and model so reordering is faster and fewer purchases get returned. This is not magic: the app won’t “diagnose” injuries, but it will provide practical replacement reminders, rotation planning (two-shoe strategy), and a clean history for coaches/physios. Monetization: freemium with family/team plans and affiliate links.
