LadderLock
LadderLock is a web + desktop app (with a lightweight on-prem agent) that continuously audits and right-sizes access in OT environments. It connects to common identity sources (Active Directory/Entra ID), jump servers, and OT remote access tools, then maps who can reach which zones, HMIs, historians, and engineering workstations. The product focuses on the unglamorous reality: most plants can’t rip-and-replace, and they can’t tolerate intrusive scanning. LadderLock builds an “effective access graph” from logs and configuration snapshots, flags toxic combinations (e.g., domain admin + engineering workstation access), and generates evidence-ready reports for IEC 62443/NERC CIP audits. It also supports time-bound access attestations and simple approval workflows that don’t require a full IAM overhaul. This is a traditional app with AI-assisted analytics (optional) to summarize risk and recommend least-privilege changes.
