LadderMap is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that turns vague “career growth” into a concrete ladder plan tied to your role, company level framework, and manager expectations. You import your job description, past reviews, and a target level (e.g., Senior → Staff). The app generates a competency gap map, a 6–12 week evidence plan (projects, metrics, behaviors), and a weekly check-in workflow to capture proof: wins, impact metrics, stakeholder quotes, and artifacts. It also produces promotion packets and self-review drafts in your company’s format. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps draft, summarize, and map evidence to competencies, but the core value is structured tracking and packaging. Brutal truth: without real work and manager buy-in, no app can “get you promoted,” but it can reduce the chaos and improve your odds by making the case airtight.
