LagLens
LagLens is a desktop + mobile companion app that continuously measures your real viewer experience across Twitch/YouTube/Kick by running lightweight “ghost viewers” from multiple regions and devices. It reports end-to-end latency, buffering, dropped frames, audio desync, and bitrate swings, then correlates issues with your OBS settings, ingest server choice, ISP hiccups, and local CPU/GPU spikes. Instead of vague chat complaints (“laggg”), you get a timeline with evidence and a one-click checklist of fixes (change ingest, adjust keyframe interval, swap encoder preset, cap scene complexity). It also generates a shareable status card for your community and a post-stream reliability report so you can track improvements over time. This is not another clip tool; it’s a reliability monitor that treats streaming like production infrastructure.
