LagLens
LagLens is a web app (with lightweight agents) that pinpoints where real-time latency is actually coming from across your stack: client, edge, API, queues, databases, and third-party calls. It focuses on the messy reality teams face: intermittent spikes, noisy dashboards, and blame games between frontend, backend, and infra. The product combines traditional observability with an AI-assisted “latency root-cause” workflow that correlates traces, network timing, and deploy/config changes into a short list of likely causes and fixes. It’s not another full APM suite; it’s a latency triage tool that plugs into what you already use (OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic) and adds purpose-built views for p95/p99 regressions, cold starts, and cross-region routing issues. Expect to spend most effort on reliable correlation and low-overhead instrumentation, not flashy UI.
