LagReceipt

LagReceipt is a lightweight desktop + mobile companion that generates court-grade(ish) evidence packs for bandwidth and latency disputes. It runs scheduled tests (latency, jitter, packet loss, bufferbloat, throughput) and correlates them with local conditions (Wi‑Fi signal, channel congestion, device load) to separate “ISP problem” from “your setup.” When performance drops, it automatically captures a time-stamped trace bundle: multi-endpoint pings, traceroutes, DNS timings, and a short rolling history graph. One-click exports produce a clean PDF/ZIP you can send to ISP support, building management, or an employer to justify outages. It’s not a magic fix: it won’t improve your network by itself, and some ISPs will still stonewall. But it makes the blame game harder by turning vague complaints into consistent, repeatable measurements that non-technical support teams can’t easily dismiss.
