The AI layer summarizes messy municipal PDFs (ordinances, comp plans, meeting minutes) into plain-English constraints and highlights the exact cited passages. The product is built for speed: a 5-minute check before spending money on engineers, lawyers, or option contracts. It also generates a shareable report for partners, lenders, or internal approval workflows.
