LandProof

LandProof is a mobile + web app that helps Indigenous communities and their legal advocates assemble credible, court-ready “evidence packs” for land and resource rights claims. It guides users to capture geotagged photos/video, oral testimony (audio with consent), boundary sketches, and supporting documents, then organizes everything into a standardized timeline and map. An AI layer transcribes and translates interviews, flags missing elements (e.g., consent forms, chain-of-custody), and generates a draft affidavit-style summary that lawyers can edit. Offline-first capture is critical for remote areas; syncing happens when connectivity returns. The app also supports role-based access so sensitive cultural knowledge can be restricted or excluded from exports. This is not a magic solution: it won’t win cases by itself, but it can reduce chaos, lost evidence, and inconsistent documentation that routinely undermines claims.
