LaneProof

LaneProof is a mobile + web app that creates a driver-friendly “black box” record for near-misses and ADAS interventions (lane keep, AEB warnings, adaptive cruise events) using phone sensors plus optional OBD-II/Bluetooth dongle data. It automatically detects hard braking, swerves, tailgating risk, and forward-collision warning patterns, then generates a simple incident timeline with map context and a shareable report. The goal isn’t to replace OEM telematics—it’s to give drivers and small fleets a neutral, portable record across vehicles and brands. It also flags likely calibration issues (e.g., repeated phantom braking zones) and prompts a checklist for windshield/camera obstruction, tire size mismatch, and alignment symptoms. Realistically, accuracy won’t be perfect without OEM data, so the app focuses on trend-level insights and evidence packaging, not legal-grade crash reconstruction.
