LanePulse

LanePulse is a web + mobile (field) analytics app for Bus Rapid Transit operators and city DOTs that turns messy AVL/GTFS-RT data into lane-level performance proof. It ingests vehicle positions, headways, dwell times, and signal priority events, then produces simple, defensible metrics: travel-time savings by segment, on-time performance by time-of-day, bunching hotspots, and “before vs after” impacts of enforcement or signal changes. The mobile companion is for supervisors to tag incidents (blocked lanes, illegal parking, crashes) with photos and location, so operational data has context. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify incident photos and auto-summarize weekly reports, but the core value is clean, trusted KPIs and audit trails. It’s built for agencies that need to justify budgets, improve reliability, and respond to political pressure with evidence, not anecdotes.
