LapLedger

LapLedger is a mobile app (iOS/Android) with a lightweight web dashboard that helps runners build and execute pacing plans for both sprints and marathons using real workout data. Instead of generic pace charts, it converts your recent intervals, tempo runs, and long runs into a “pacing script” (per-lap targets, allowable drift, and when to push/hold). During training or race day, it gives simple audio cues and vibration alerts when you’re outside your target band, plus post-run analysis that explains whether you faded due to pacing, fitness, heat, hills, or poor fueling. It’s an AI-assisted app, but the core value is practical: fewer blown workouts and fewer races ruined by starting too fast. It integrates with Garmin/Strava to avoid manual entry, and focuses on clarity over endless metrics.
