LapLedger is a mobile + web app for driving schools and track-day instructors to manage bookings, waivers, car/helmet inventory, instructor assignments, and post-session student feedback in one place. The core value is operational: fewer no-shows, fewer waiver mistakes, and less time spent chasing payments and paperwork. Students get a simple portal to pick sessions, sign digital waivers, upload license/medical info, and receive a structured debrief with goals for the next event. Instructors can log session notes quickly (voice-to-text), attach photos/video links, and track student progression across events. This is not a lap-timer or “coach me” gadget; it’s the boring admin layer that most schools still run on email threads, Google Sheets, and paper clipboards. If you can’t save staff time and reduce errors, it won’t be worth paying for—so the MVP focuses on workflows that directly cut admin hours.
