LastPawLog is a mobile + web app that helps pet owners and hospice vets coordinate end-of-life comfort care without chaos. It provides a daily care plan (meds, appetite, hydration, mobility, pain cues), a simple symptom tracker with photo/video notes, and a “quality-of-life” check-in that turns observations into an easy-to-share summary for the vet. The app also includes a logistics hub: appointment scheduling links, after-hours instructions, emergency thresholds (“go now if…”), and a checklist for in-home euthanasia planning and aftercare decisions. An AI assistant can translate messy notes into a concise update for the clinic and suggest questions to ask—without pretending to diagnose. This is not a miracle cure app; it’s a coordination and clarity tool when people are sleep-deprived, emotional, and overwhelmed.
