LatencyLedger
LatencyLedger is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that monitors real user latency and triggers just-in-time actions the moment performance degrades. Instead of dashboards that tell you what happened, it detects rising tail latency (p95/p99) and automatically runs pre-approved playbooks: scale a specific service, flip a feature flag, reroute traffic, warm caches, or degrade non-critical endpoints. It connects to common observability sources (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog) and CDNs (Cloudflare/Fastly) and focuses on “time-to-mitigation,” not pretty charts. Teams define SLOs and guardrails so actions are safe and reversible, with audit logs and rollbacks. The product is intentionally narrow: reduce incident impact during the first 5–15 minutes when every second matters. It’s built for small-to-mid SaaS teams that can’t afford a full SRE staff but still get punished by latency.
