LatencyLedger

LatencyLedger is a web app (with lightweight desktop/agent installers) that continuously measures bandwidth, jitter, packet loss, and latency across sites, clouds, and ISPs, then turns the data into evidence-grade reports. It’s built for the ugly reality: users blame “the network,” vendors blame “the app,” and IT gets stuck in the middle. Deploy small agents on key endpoints (branch routers, VMs, user laptops), run scheduled and on-demand tests (iPerf3, HTTP/TLS, DNS, VoIP MOS estimates), and correlate results with BGP/ASN and cloud region metadata. An AI layer summarizes anomalies, suggests likely fault domains (last-mile vs. WAN vs. cloud), and drafts ISP escalation tickets with charts and timestamps. The product is not another dashboard; it’s a dispute-resolution tool that reduces MTTR and stops endless blame loops.
