LatentLock

LatentLock is a web app (with optional mobile push alerts) for teams running time-sensitive operations—payments, trading, gaming, logistics, and real-time APIs—where a 2-minute latency spike can cost real money. It continuously measures end-to-end latency from multiple regions, correlates it with key dependencies (CDN, DNS, database, message queue, third-party APIs), and triggers escalation only when the spike is likely to breach an SLO. The core is a “blast-radius” view that shows which user flows are degrading right now and what changed in the last 30 minutes (deploys, config flips, cloud incidents). It’s not a full observability suite; it’s a focused latency incident cockpit that reduces alert noise and speeds decisions. AI is used narrowly: summarizing incidents, suggesting likely culprits, and drafting status updates—never as the sole source of truth.
