LaughLedger

LaughLedger is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that runs short, opt-in “humor rituals” during the workweek: 60-second caption challenges, harmless two-truths-and-a-lie prompts, and rotating “comic relief” polls. It’s designed to be safe for HR and inclusive: built-in guardrails block sensitive topics, and admins can tune tone (wholesome, nerdy, dry) and frequency. The app tracks participation lightly (no public leaderboards by default) and produces a weekly “team highlight reel” that can be shared in a channel or during standups. It also supports async teams by batching prompts and letting people respond when they’re free. This is not a generic meme dump; it’s structured, repeatable, and measurable enough for managers to justify without turning fun into surveillance.
