LaunchLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that consolidates the messy operational side of self-publishing: royalties, ad spend, promos, newsletter swaps, KU page reads, and retailer payouts. Authors connect Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Draft2Digital, Kobo, Apple Books, BookFunnel, and major ad platforms to auto-import transactions and performance metrics, then reconcile them into clean monthly profit-and-loss views per book, pen name, and series. It flags anomalies (missing payouts, sudden CPC spikes, broken tracking links), generates tax-ready exports, and produces simple “what worked” post-launch reports you can reuse for the next release. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional data aggregation and accounting-style reporting, plus AI to summarize launch performance and recommend next actions based on your own historical data (not generic advice).
