LaxAudit

LaxAudit is a mobile + web app for coaches and program directors to run repeatable, documented safety and compliance checks for lacrosse practices and games. It replaces scattered paper checklists and “we usually do it” routines with a simple pre-event workflow: field hazards, goals/anchors, nets, player equipment checks, concussion protocol readiness, emergency contacts, and venue-specific notes. Each session produces a timestamped report with photos, signatures, and a shareable PDF for administrators or insurers. The app also tracks recurring issues (e.g., loose goal anchors at a specific field) and assigns fixes to staff with due dates. This is not glamorous, but it’s the kind of operational tool programs actually pay for because it reduces risk, protects staff, and creates a defensible record when something goes wrong.
