LaxGearCheck is a mobile + web app that helps coaches, equipment managers, and referees run fast, consistent pregame gear compliance checks (stick specs, mouthguards, pads, helmets) and document the results. The app provides step-by-step checklists by rule set (NFHS, NCAA, youth leagues), a timer-based workflow for checking an entire roster, and a simple “pass/fail + notes + photo” record per player. It generates a shareable compliance report for the opposing staff and officials, reducing sideline arguments and last-minute scrambles. This is not glamorous, but it targets a real operational headache: teams get penalized for avoidable equipment issues, and refs hate being put on the spot without documentation. The MVP focuses on speed, clarity, and audit trails—not fancy analytics.
